Our Volvo Fassi Hiab was called into action in Newton Abbot last month to assist with the removal of a piano from a third-floor apartment.
With the instrument too large and cumbersome to be safely moved through the building, the Hiab provided the ideal solution. Working carefully from the roadside, the piano was lifted directly from the apartment and safely lowered to ground level before being transported into secure storage.
The piano will remain in storage until the homeowner's new property is ready, at which point it will be delivered and installed at its new home.
