Our Liebherr LTM 1150-5.3 150t crane on a 45t ballast and Volvo Hiab were working together in Bridgwater last month, supporting lifting operations on site as part of an ongoing infrastructure project to lift-in a temporary bridge on the tidal defence.
The combination of the mobile crane with the help of our Hiab truck providing an efficient solution for handling and positioning the ballast and plates to the crane safely, within the working area. Careful coordination between operators and site teams ensured the lift was completed smoothly despite the challenging ground conditions and restricted working environment.
The LTM 1150-5.3 once again demonstrated its versatility and lifting capability, while the Volvo Hiab provided valuable support for transport and on-site handling duties.
