As it's Wimbledon this month perhaps it is worth a mention that quite a while ago Sparrow Crane Hire was happy to assist in the first stage of the factory relocation of 'Price of Bath' a well-established tennis ball manufacturer in Box, Nr. Bath A ‘Made in Great Britain’ product specializing in personalised tennis balls, they were featured in Vogue magazine's interview photograph with Emma Raducanu.
Their rubber-making machines were lifted out of the positions that they had lived in for well over 50 years in the first stage of the move to their new factory. At over 20 tonnes the rubber mill (affectionately known as The Beast) was quite a remarkable sight as it dangled in the air on its journey to the trailer!
