Under the terms of a CPA Crane Hire Agreement, the crane and operator are the responsibility of the customer when the crane leaves the public highway to gain access to the site.

The customer is accountable and responsible for the planning of the lift, the personnel involved, associated equipment and the supervision of the crane operation and insurances.

Under the terms of a Standard Contract Lift, the crane, operator and all personnel supplied with our crane are the responsibility of Sparrow Crane Hire Ltd.

We are responsible for all aspects of the planning and execution of the lift. The customer is responsible for certain insurances.
